It was neat, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The stuff were delightful, nothing too much trouble. The service was fantastic, always with a smile. Picturesque location to Topsham Museum.

The staff was responsible, the accommodation was cool and clean. The rooms were cosy and the beds were lovely, I liked it. Nice choice of cereals and eggs for a full cooked breakfast. Lovely garden and incredible pool area.

fair hotel, fantastic value for money, what else to wish for. the staff was thorough and the service was exceptional, so it was brilliant stay. perfectly located for us. in our suite there was an unbelievable view of marina. the continental breakfast was great value for money: cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon. property offered snacks in the reception.
